Barbora was an excelent guide, after speaking with Jozef on the phone he was very heplful detailed and did everything he could to organise everything last minute and it all worked out amazing. Karting and shooting was enjoyed by everyone and worth the money. Barbora took us out in the evening and made herself part of our group which was great. Staff there was unfriendly and unhelpful. The buggies were rubbish and there was no food or drink available.

The guide was very friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. Indoor karting was well organised with a lot of fun.Roberta, our tour guide, was the most important point of our trip. She met us at the airport with a big bus for our group and made it an easy transfer to the hotel. She knew everything we wanted to know about Bratislava and all the best places to go! We wish we had used more of the guided tours and events, bud didn´t have enough time, so we will definitely come back! Thank you.

Overall we had a great time. The activities were well-organised and the guide, Katie, was frendly and helpful.We enjoyed a target shooting. Particularly, we were able to use a variety of guns. The quadbiking was also enjoyable and the terrain made it exciting.The private transport were comfortable and on time. A great time was had by all!

Just got back from our weekend in Bratislava. We had an absolutely amazing time and I totally recommend the location and Vox as the tour operator.I was actually let down by another tour operator last minute as, after quoting me for my trip, they then turned round and said they no longer take groups of less than 8 in Bratislava (we were 7!). Funny that this hadn't been raised earlier and I think they just thought I was too demanding about itinerary and timings and wanted rid of me. In fact, they wanted me to pay for all my planned activities before they would then check them with their people in Bratislava and would book what was available. So I could have paid £1k only to get loads of stuff I didn't want.Anyway, enough about them. The point is I was in a bit of a hole when I got in touch with Matej and Lukas in the Bratislava office of Vox Travel. I kinda feared everything was about to go tits up and the stag do and I would be remembered for the wrong reasons. But the guys were absolutely brilliant. They returned emails quickly and with all the thorough info I wanted (Bratislava is not easy for internet research!) and got me exactly the activities I wanted. They also told me bar / restaurant / club recommendations which turned out to be great.The high level of service continued from when we arrived at the airport and were met by Roberta - our guide. I was a bit unsure about guides as we didn't want to be dragged to bars and places we didn't want to go to. But it was nothing like this. She met us a number of times at our hotel and took us to our 4 great activities (micro-brewery tour and tasting, private poker table in casino, Hydrospeeding and AK47s). All were great and really seamless with Roberta's help getting us there and translating at times.I've already had loads of emails from the guys telling me (again!) what a great weekend it was - see below - and a lot of that was thanks to the guys at Vox. Whilst in Bratislava we had two great guides Petra that meet us of the airport and had great knowledge and was very friendly, and really helpful. Veronika who helped assist. Petra was warm and approachable and made the whole party feel welcome. I have been as a number of Chilli Sauce stags parties and I haven't felt as welcome and as part of the group as these two girls.
