We make personal data protection of data subjects and discretion our priority. In accordance with Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on Protection of Personal Data and on Changing and Amending of other acts as amended, Vox Travel hereby announces the following information to all data subjects:

The purpose of personal data processing:

The personal data is processed in accordance with a purpose specific to each filing system of personal data. Personal data of data subjects is processed in the following filing systems:

  • FS Wages and human resources, the purpose of which is processing of data related to the employees of the company,
  • FS Clients, the purpose of which is processing the personal data of our clients and their representatives in accordance with their pre-contractual and contractual relationship with the controller,
  • FS Invoicing, the purpose of which is processing personal data related to invoicing our contractual partners,
  • FS Registry administration, the purpose of which is processing of personal data for the purposes of registry administration – incoming and outgoing mail, files and other documentation,
  • FS Marketing, the purpose of which is processing of personal data voluntarily provided by data subjects on social networks where the company is presented
  • FS Voice records, the purpose of which is processing of personal data of data subjects on telephone calls records.

The scope of personal data processing:

The controller is processing all personal data, which is provided by data subjects to fulfill the purpose of a specific filing system. This may be personal data provided in writing or orally, by manual or automated means. The data includes mostly the identification and contact data of data subjects and any other data related to the specific filing system and the purpose of personal data processing. The controller is processing personal data only to the extent necessary and upon conclusion of the personal data processing purpose, the controller destroys such personal data.

Additional information to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of data subjects:

The legal bases for personal data processing are especially the respective enactments, for example Act No. 311/2001 Coll. Labor Code as amended, the pre-contractual and contractual relationships of the controller with data subjects in accordance with § 10 section 3 letter b) of Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on Protection of Personal Data and on Changing and Amending of other acts as amended. In cases when the legal basis of personal data processing is not regulated by specific legislation, the controller is processing the personal data of data subjects on the basis of consent of data subjects with personal data processing.

The data subject has the right to request from an entitled person of the controller who is processing the data subject’s personal data to prove his/her identity. The data subjects have the option to ask for information whether they provide their data to a specific filing system of the controller voluntarily or compulsorily in regard to respective legislation. Data subjects also have the right to be informed to which third parties or recipients may their personal data be provided or disclosed. The controller does not transfer the processed data to the third countries outside of the European Union.

The data subject has the right, upon a written request, to demand from controller the following: confirmation whether the controller does or does not process his/her personal data; information regarding processing of his/her personal data in the respective filing system; exact information about the source from where the controller obtained his/her data that is being processed; list of his/her personal data that is being processed; correction or destruction of his/her personal data the purpose for processing of which was concluded; blocking of his/her personal data in case of a withdrawal of consent before the consent’s expiration.

Should the data subject claim his/her right in a written form and it is clear from the content of this request that he/she claims his/her right related to personal data processing, the claim is considered as submitted in accordance with the effective legislation. The claim submitted via e-mail or fax has to be delivered by the data subject in a written form no later than three days from the date of its dispatch via e-mail or fax.
